Instructions, fascia gutters for all four sides, 3″ x 16″ wide ‘W’ pans, corners, screws, sealant, scuppers, beam (size determined by load requirements), posts (number determined by load requirements and beam size), top brackets, and fastener bars. Your support posts will be supplied with bottom brackets if they are to be attached to an existing deck or cement slab.
Remember, the manufacturer reserves the right to send panels/material longer than what was ordered for your unit.
This is often done to speed up the delivery of your unit, knowing that, as a DIY application, all final cuts are done easily on-site.
